All content on heartlandartland.com is the sole property of Heartland Artland LLC and may not be used by any person or entity for any purpose without written permission.
By placing an order for an item, the buyer agrees to pay full the price as listed. Any order can be refused or canceled at our discretion. A full refund will be given, should this occur.
All payments are to be made in U.S. dollars. Payment must be made within seven days of purchase. Payment can be made via Check, USPS Money Order, or Paypal. Instructions will be given in a follow-up email once an order is placed.
Items can be placed on layaway only for orders exceeding $200. We try to be as understanding as possible. Payment terms may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
All commissioned work requires a 50% down payment and a written and signed contract negotiated between Heartland Artland and the client before any work begins on the piece.
We offer free shipping and tracking on all orders within the Continental United States. All commissioned pieces or bronze sculptures will be mailed fully insured. If you live outside of the U.S., please contact me about shipping options and prices for your country.
All sales are final. We accept returns only if the item received was damaged or incorrect. All returns must be started by the buyer within seven days of delivery. If you need to return an item, you may mail it back in exchange for the correct item. Return shipping may be reimbursed per our discretion.
